February 18, 2010 (Morden, MB) - Breeder seed lots from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada held at Indian Head, Saskatchewan have completed testing for CDC Triffid.
In total, 25 breeder seed lots were tested by Quantum Biosciences. For each breeder seed lot the Canadian Grain Commission testing protocols were followed, essentially meaning that there were 4 independent grinds and extractions from the lot and then two independent assays run for each grind & extraction.
All seed lots tested negative.
