Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has released the November report for Canada: Outlook for Principal Field Crops. The 2020/21 exports of flax are estimated to be 380,000 tonnes due to lower production in Canada. Good production in Russia has not offset lower production in Canada and Kazakhstan. Flax demand remains strong and is supporting prices. Year end stocks are estimated to be tight at 20,000 tonnes for Canada.
