The bright and lively crown of the sheaf of flax represents the coming together of many members into a solid organization.The stalks of the flax plant positioned in a woven manner represent fiber-based products as well as the close interaction between members of the organization. The boll of the plant, made up of three oil droplet shapes, represents oil-based products as well as the overlapping areas of production, research and marketing.
