The tour will officially launch ICDC's new research site and provide an opportunity to view the new lateral pivot used for irrigation of research plots. Discussion highlights on the tour will include research projects: Demonstration of lupin as an alternative to field pea or lentil, lentil and camelina intercropping, effect of tillage management and seeding date on dry bean establishment, top dressing nitrogen fertilizer on frozen or snow covered soils in Saskatchewan, enhanced barley variety trials, expanding rotational options using new and novel pulse crops, plus more.
